Article body
Søren Kusk has signed a two-year extension to his contract as coach of Danish Superleague side Viborg FF.
Good spell as temporary coach
Kusk was originally appointed in a caretaker role after the departure of Kim Poulsen in October 2001, but fine form, including an away draw on Sunday at leaders Brøndby IF, has persuaded the Vilborg management to hand him a long-term deal.
Previous experience
Formerly in charge of second division Aalborg Chang and Randers SK Freja in their top-flight spell, Kusk played 140 matches for Aalborg BK and also turned out for IK Skovbakken. Viborg currently lie eighth in the Superliga after improved results under Kusk.
