There was nothing much to choose between the two sides in the first half, Ivan Paskov firing the away side into an eighth-minute lead before Cherno More levelled 15 minutes later thanks to Omonigo Tamile.
All-important break
It remained tight well into the second half but Lokomotiv got the all-important break with seven minutes remaining when Metodi Stoinev made it 2-1. Vancho Trayanov helped himself to his side's third a minute into injury time.
