Allen equaliser
A late Gavin Allen goal denied Barry victory after two goals from Lee Phillips, sandwiched between an Anthony Wright strike, had given the pacesetters a 2-1 lead going into the closing stages. Second-placed Bangor City FC have four games in hand and can close the gap on Barry to five points if they beat Caersws FCon Saturday.
Twynham double
Friday's other League of Wales game saw Port Talbot FC beat Llanelli FC 3-2. Goals from Mark Dodds (33 minutes) and two from Gary Twynham (51 and 62 minutes) gave the hosts a three-goal lead before Llanelli scored late consolation efforts through Nicky Palmer(73) and Jamie Bowen (82).
