Zaglebie Lubin virtually secured their survival after beating KS Groclin-Dyskobolia Grodzisk1-0 in the only Ekstraklasa match that was played on Friday.
Single strike
The only goal of the game was scored after an hour when 21-year-old midfield player Ireneusz Kowalski found the net. It was an unlucky debut for Groclin's goalkeeper Mariusz Liberda, who was bought form KP Polonia Warszawa this winter, but whose debut has been delayed until today because of injury.
Head of the pile
This result keeps Lubin on top of the relegation group with 23 points from their eight games played, whilst Groclin are fifth with 15 points.
