Rapid growth
With the approval of the Assistance Programmes Committee, the project was initiated in spring 2000. Since then, and under the control of the GFF, the building has gradually taken shape.

On schedule
Immediately after the Assistance Programmes Committee's approval, the construction of the new building was started, and everything has proceeded on schedule thanks to the close supervision of association staff. The building will comprise a total of 1800 square metres, and includes 32 offices, as well as a garage for 12 cars.

Made at home
Local construction companies have been involved in the work, and the granite decorative meterials were also found in Georgia. Some CHF 800,000 were allocated for the project initially, and another CHF 50,000 has been approved for the purchase of furniture, in addition to other technical material such as telephones, a switchboard, computers and a lift.

Football view
The new building is situated across the street from the current association offices. It lies within the compound of the FC Lokomotiv Tbilisi stadium - and it will be possible to watch matches from several offices on the top floor!
