FC Sheriff Tiraspol extended their lead with a 2-1 win over FC Constructorul-93 Cioburciu.

FC Sheriff Tiraspol extended their lead in the Divizia Nationala to nine points with a 2-1 win over FC Constructorul-93 Cioburciu today.

Brown on target
Roberto Brown and Vadim Boret gave Sheriff a commanding lead before the break, with Jers Bodan's 71st-minute effort proving little more than a consolation.

Five-star Agro
FC Agro Chisinau racked up five goals against FC Tiligul Tiraspol as they romped to a 5-2 victory. Serghei Chirilov with two, Serghei Baran, Ovik Galstean and Eugen Boiceno gave Agro only their fourth win of the season. Valentin Ivahnenco and Anatolie Cojocari scored for Tiligul.

Goalless draw
In the day's other games, second-placed FC Zimbru Chisinau were held to a goalless draw by third-placed FC Nistru Otaci, while FC Hincesti overcame rock-bottom FC Happy End Camenca 3-1.
