Sæternes bound for Rosenborg

Rosenborg BK and FK Bodø/Glimt have agreed a fee for Norwegian international striker Bengt Sæternes.

'The deal is done'
The long-running saga was finally concluded today when the two clubs finally saw eye to eye on a €1.5m deal which will see Sæternes move to the Lerkendal stadium. "We have agreed with Rosenborg, the deal is done," said Bodø chairman Bjorn Tore Hansen.

Small print
The Bodø management travelled to Trondheim this morning to sort out the small print on the move. "There were a couple of things we had to look into, but nothing major," Hansen added.

Five goals
Sæternes has scored five goals in eight Tippeligaen matches so far this season and has also made his debut for Norway. The deal has coincided with the news that Rosenborg striker Frode Johnsen's groin problem could need an operation.
