Mouskallis guided his side to an appearance in the Cypriot Cup final in which they were defeated 2-0 by APOEL Nicosia FC, as well as a short spell in the UEFA Cup knocking out Armenian side FC Kotaik 5-1 on aggregate before being narrowly beaten 2-0 on aggregate by European giants FC Barcelona.
