Members

The city of Turin has completed stadium deals with Juventus FC and Torino Calcio.

The city of Turin has finally signed the agreement to assign the administration of the Stadio Delle Alpi to Juventus FC and the Stadio Comunale to Torino Calcio for the next 99 years.

Welcome conclusion
The deal has been concluded after years of negotiations and has been welcomed by both the city and the clubs. "I would like to underline that Turin is the first Italian city to assign to both of its clubs a stadium to be used privately for both their sporting and commercial activities," said Turin's mayor Sergio Chiamparino. Both club presidents also expressed their satisfaction with the deal.

Staying put
Juventus will pay the city €24m for the stadium and the surrounding land, while Torino will pay €3.7m for the much smaller Stadio Comunale. Both clubs will continue to play at the Delle Alpi until after the city has hosted the Winter Olympics in 2006.
