Slovenia round-up: Barut puts Primorje second

NK Primorje got their 1. SNL season off to a winning start with a 1-0 victory at NK Korotan tonight.

Primorje, who finished third in the first division last season, claimed all three points thanks to Uros Barut's goal after 34 minutes. The home side pressed for the equaliser, but the visitors held on for a win that puts them in second place on goal difference behind NK Rudar Velenje after the opening round of fixtures.

Elsewhere, NK Gorica and NK Dravograd shared the points in a goalless draw.
