Lillestrøm SK have signed Icelandic international striker Ríkhardur Dadason.
Article body
Former Stoke City FC and Viking FK striker Ríkhardur Dadason has signed an 18-month deal with Norwegian premier division club Lillestrøm SK.
Debut against Lyn
The Icelandic international, who played in a friendly against Sogndal IL on Sunday, is expected to make his debut at home to league leaders SFK Lyn at the weekend. He may be joined at the club by the former German international Uwe Rosler, who also appeared against Sogndal and is close to signing.
Short of match fitness
Lillestrøm coach Arne Erlandsen feels Dadason, who was released by Stoke after an injury-plagued time in England, is still some way short of match fitness.
