Djurgårdens IF FF and Helsingborgs IF failed to close the ground on league leaders Örgryte IS as they shared a 1-1 draw tonight.
Battle back
Djurgarden were the better team but they had to battle back from a goal down to secure a point. Brazilian Alvaro Santos put Helsingborg ahead within a minute of the restart, scoring his seventh goal of the season following a free-kick from Martin Fribrock.
Positive response
Djurgarden responded positively, however, and drew level in the 59th minute when Andreas Johansson headed home Kim Källström's corner. After tonight's result, Helsingborg lie five points behind Örgryte in fourth while Djurgarden are a point further back in fifth.
