Kuqi strike
Njazi Kuqi put the home side in front after 25 minutes but they only held the lead for four minutes, before Tuomo Könönen levelled for MyPa. But the visitors were unable to respond a second time after Tuomas Haapala restored Lahti's advantage again early in the second half.

However, MyPa remain a point clear at the top of the standings, after second-placed FC Inter Turku lost 2-0 against AC Allianssi. Late goals from Petteri Kaijasilta, in the 70th minute, and John Weckström three minutes from time were enough to deny Inter.

Jazz concede seven
KuPS Kuopio hammered FC Jazz 7-1 with Antonio Pogioli Marco scoring two and Janne Savolainen, Yrjö Happonen, Jani Hartikainen, Ilja Venäläinen and Jussi Markkanen adding further goals. Hermanni Vuorinen scored a consolation goal for Jazz on the hour mark.

Tampere held
