Both clubs are chasing Premier League leaders SFK Lyn, with Molde trailing by four points in second place on 27 points and Odd third - another point back. A win for either club would have put more pressure on Lyn when they travel to Lillestrøm SK tomorrow.

Hanstveit winner
Further down the table, a late goal by midfield player Erlend Hanstveit earned SK Brann a 1-0 win at Moss FK. Hanstveit struck in the last minute of the match to open up a five-point gap between his team and ninth-placed FK Bodø/Glimt. The defeat left Moss languishing fourth from bottom in the 14-team league.
