Armenia round-up: Shirak up to second

FC Shirak beat FC Kotaik 3-0 to climb to second in the Armenian Premier League.

Shirak midfield player Karen Aleksandryan fed Henrik Badikyan for the opening goal on 20 minutes before the creator of the first goal was brought down for a penalty which Ararat Harutyunyan converted 12 minutes later. Harutyunyan and Badikyan were again in tandem for the third and final goal in the second half. 

Second spot
Shirak move level on points with FC Banants, but should move clear of them as they have two games in hand. FC Pyunik lead the way with 21 points.
