First-half lead
Ekranas took the lead after just two minutes through Aurimas Kucys, but he hosts were not able to add to their score before half-time as the visitors battled for an equaliser. They eventually pressed home their advantage eight minutes after the break when Mantas Savenas made it 2-0.
Late consolation
Further strikes from Audrius Banevicius and Vitalijus Kavaliauskas put the home side firmly in the driving seat at the Aukštaitija stadium in Panevezys before Nerijus Sidlauskas scored in the final minute of the game for Suduva.
