Birkirkara nip in for Mallia

George Mallia's transfer from Floriana FC to Birkirkara FC is now complete. 

Personal terms
The talented 23-year-old Maltese international striker is regarded as one of the brightest prospects in the local game. Mallia will team up with two other recruits from Floriana, the Malta Under-21 goalkeeper Justin Haber and fellow international William Camenzuli.

National training camp
"I chose Birkirkara because they are an ambitious club and they are always hungry for success," said Mallia. Soon after signing, Mallia rushed off to join Sigi Held's national squad on a ten-day intensive training camp in Germany.
