Finland round-up: Tampere take all three points

Tampere United FC looked to be heading for their eleventh draw of the season against lowly FC Hämeenlinna before a second-half flourish gave them a 2-0 victory.

No way through
The champions dominated the action in the first half but could not find a way through the away side's defence. It mirrored their season so far, which has seen them perform well but left stranded in mid-table because of a lack of goals.

Lehtinen goal
Tampere were also given several scares by the visitors, as second from bottom Hämeenlinna staged a couple of dangerous counterattacks. However, Tampere finally got the goal their play warranted when Ville Lehtinen scored with an hour gone. Eight minutes later, Jari Niemi controlled Mika Nenone's cross in the penalty area and found the bottom left corner.
