Calf strain
The 33-year-old former Hibernian FC and Raith Rovers FC midfield player was carried off with a bad calf strain 18 minutes after coming on as a substitute in the weekend defeat at Rangers FC.
'Massive blow'
"It's a massive blow, especially because he came on and started so well against Rangers," Partick manager John Lambie said. "He will be out for two months at the very least." The Glasgow club have won just one of eight games following promotion to the top flight.
