Only one goal was scored in tonight's two matches in the Finnish Veikkausliiga. FF Jaro managed a 0-1 victory over AC Allianssi, while title holders Tampere United and Myllykosken Pallo-47 played out a goalless draw.
HJK seven clear
MyPa had the best scoring chances, but could not manage to score the vital goal against a stubborn Tampere side. The result means that that HJK Helsinki are now seven points clear at the top of the table with only five matches left to play. MyPa are still firmly holding on to second spot ahead of FC Haka.
Svanbäck goal
At Vantaa, Jaro surprised Allianssi, who are still fighting for third spot. The only goal was scored in the 66th minute by Fredrik Svanbäck who received a perfect pass from Rasmus Vikström and found the corner of the net past Allianssi keeper Alexander Mitchuk.
