SK Sigma Olomouc returned to winning form with a comfortable 3-0 victory against previously unbeaten FK Jablonec 97 in the Czech first division.
Early goals
Sigma had gone four games without a win, having already exited the UEFA Cup in the preliminary round this season, but the pressure on coach Bohumil Páník was eased with two goals in the first seven minutes, Pascal Ekwueme and Radoslav Kovác both on target after excellent Ales Urbánek free-kicks.

Urbánek added the third goal himself eleven minutes into the second half, as his team climbed to eighth place in the table with ten points from eight games, three behind fifth-placed Jablonec.
