Cohen returns to Petach-Tikva

Goalkeeper Ohad Cohen has returned to Hapoel Petach-Tikva from newly-promoted Hapoel Kfar-Saba.

Summer signing
Cohen had joined Kfar-Saba in the summer from Petach-Tikva and had agreed a one-year deal with his new club with the option of a further two-year agreement if both parties were satisfied with his performances.

However, the goalkeeper has now returned to his old club, with Petach-Tikva's current second-choice goalkeeper Anan Pero expected to move the other way to become first-choice goalkeeper at Kfar-Saba.

Abrbanel signed
Pero's old team-mate at Hapoel Haifa, who were relegated last season, veteran midfield player Eli Abrbanel has also joined Petach-Tikva's squad as he makes a return to his boyhood club.
