Lithuania round-up: Kaunas on course for title

FBK Kaunas are close to retaining their Lithuanian first division title after a 3-0 win against FK Inkaras on Saturday.

Kaunas need just two points from their remaining four games to secure the championship following the victory, secured by two goals from Audrius Slekys and another from Gintaras Juodeikis.

Deadlock in Klaipeda
Elsewhere, FK Atlantas and FK Ekranas, who are placed second and third respectively, played out a 0-0 draw in Klaipeda, while SFK Sakalas and FK Nevézis shared two goals. A Kestutis Zeniauskas penalty saved a point for Nevézis, who had trailed to Andrius Sidlauskas' earlier effort.
