Kicked out
The 33-year-old was adjudged to have kicked out at Viborg FF's Ralf Pedersen in the first half of Sunday's league match, which away side Viborg won 4-2. Referee Knud Erik Fisker missed the incident, which left the video panel, introduced at the start of the season, to make a ruling.
Two-match ban
Fritz Bonde, head of the Danish Football Association (DBU) disciplinary panel, told the DBU's official website that the player would receive a two-match ban as a cumulative punishment for the kicking offence and a second-half yellow card.
Clubs request
"We chose to use the powers which clubs requested and which the DBU equipped us with," he said. "The clubs have been encouraging us to use TV replays for incidents of foul play that the referee misses at the time."
