Vllaznia had to come from a goal down, as they fell behind to Oltion Osmani's 20th-minute penalty, but they were back on level terms two minutes before half-time through Vioresin Sinani. Vllaznia then took the lead in the 74th minute with a goal from Sokol Ishka, before Skerdi Bejzade wrapped up the points three minutes from time.
Late equaliser
Leaders Tirana looked like securing a narrow away win at Lushnja, but Erald Pustina scored in added time to give the home side a 1-1 draw and enable Vllaznia to narrow the gap at the top of the table.
Goals from Mancaku
Elsewhere, Bledar Mancaku scored a hat-trick as KS Teuta beat KS Besa 5-0, with two late goals from Oerd Kotja rounding off a miserable day for the away team, while Heine Fernandez's 73rd-minute goal was enough to give KS Dinamo Tirana a 1-0 victory against KS Besëlidjha.
