New date for Torino-Atalanta

Sad circumstances
The Lega Calcio announced today the new date for the match, which was postponed from 8 December following the sudden death of Atalanta team doctor Walter Polini on the morning of the game.

Last-minute postponement
Polini, who was 47, died after suffering a heart attack and the Italian Football League accepted Atalanta's request to postpone the match. The rest of Serie A will resume playing after the winter break on 12 January.
