New arrival
Sund, who has agreed a two-year deal with the Olympic stadium side, has been brought in to replace Finnish international and former team captain Jari Ilola (pictured) who joined Swedish club IF Elfsborg last week. "Christian will be coming in to fill the gap created on the left side of midfield by Jari's departure to Sweden," HJK sports manager Tuomo Saarinen said. Sund, 24, scored twice in 21 appearances for VPS last term.
Second departure
The right-sided Zeneli, meanwhile, has penned a three-year contract. The 22-year-old has 43 Veikkausliiga appearances under his belt, including 23 last season when he also struck five goals. Another Finnish international leaving HJK, however, is defender Markus Heikkinen, who has moved to English first division leaders Portsmouth FC on a three-month deal.
