Ukrainian side FC Karpaty Lviv have made the first three signings of new coach Ivan Golac's rebuilding programme.
Two-year deals
The club has agreed two-year contracts with 26-year-old Croatian defender Jarko Mikulic from NK Zadarkomerc, 21-year-old Belarussian Under-21 international midfield player Alexei Suchkov from FC Neman Grodno and 28-year-old Slovenian midfield player Goran Jolic from NK Olimpija Ljubljana.
Famous name
Numerous other players are on trial with a club, who appointed Golac as their new head coach in December. The most famous name among them is arguably Zoran Ban from R. Excelcior Mouscron, who has played for Boavista FC, CF Os Belenenses, KRC Genk and Juventus FC. It is reported that Ban is close to agreeing terms with Karpaty.
Transfer listed
Golac has also announced he is transfer-listing seven players, including former full and U-21 internationals Olexandr Chyzhevsky, Ivan Pavlyukh and Oleh Haras. Karpaty are 12th in the Ukrainian Premier League, which resumes on 8 March.
