The cold snap put paid to all of the weekend's Northern Irish Premier Division fixtures.
Quiet weekend
For the first time this season, the weekend was a total wash-out for supporters and players in Northern Ireland as the entire fixture list fell victim to the winter weather.
Rearranged fixture
Half of last week's games also fell victim to the freeze and now the clubs face a fixture pile-up. Portadown FC coach Ronnie McFall and his opposite number at Cliftonville FC have already taken positive steps to ease the pressure by agreeing to reschedule their Premier Division meeting for next Tuesday.
