Reversal of fortune
Vukicevic, who played for the club in the 1980s, has been promoted from his position as youth coach. Rudar lie in penultimate place in Serbia and Montenegro but the new manager is optimistic he can turn around fortunes.

Youth emphasis
"Everyone is aware that the club are in a difficult situation," he said. "But it is good we do not have financial problems and that the squad is strong. I will be focusing on the young players and try to build a team for the future."
