Wales round-up: Bangor stay in touch

Bangor City FC consolidated third place in the League of Wales with a 1-0 win at Rhyl FC.

Late winner
Lee Hunt broke the deadlock on 85 minutes to move the north Wales side to within two points of second-placed Barry Town AFC and six points behind leaders TNS Llansantffraid FC.

Cwmbran comeback
Cwmbran Town FC went a point ahead of Caersws FC after coming from two goals down to win 3-2. Chris Watkins scored three times including a 13th-minute own-goal which put the visitors ahead. Graham Jenkins then extended the lead on 39 minutes, only for Watkins to score at the right end a minute before half-time.

Richards own-goal
Watkins levelled the scoreline in the 78th minute and Cwmbran's comeback was completed three minutes later when Craig Richards put through his own net. The same player was then sent-off a minute later.

Comfortable win
Finally, Caernarfon Town FC recorded a comfortable 3-0 win at Newtown AFC thanks to goals from Dan Pyrs, Chris Moores and Tim Brandreth.
