League leaders FC København suffered another blow on Sunday as they threw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at AGF Århus.
Andreasen the hero
Goals from Bora Zivkovic and Peter Møller had given the title favourites a 2-0 lead but the hosts clawed their way back into the match, with midfield player Leon Andreasen grabbing both goals in the second half of a highly entertaining match to earn his side a share of the spoils.
Easy for Brøndby
On Saturday, Brøndby IF defeated Silkeborg IF 2-0 in a one-sided affair at the Brøndby stadium. Strikers Peter Foldgast and Kaspar Dalgas secured the three points for defending champions, leaving Brøndby just four points behind archrivals FCK. The two sides meet in what may prove to be a decisive encounter on 6 April.
Kristensen on target
FC Midtjylland consolidated their third place after a hard fought 2-1 victory away at Akademisk Boldklub. The Superliga's top goalscorer, Frank Kristensen, completed an unusual hat-trick when he scored both of Midtjylland's goals before putting through his own net.
Surprise for Aalborg
Elsewhere, Aalborg BK suffered a surprise 1-0 home defeat against Esbjerg fB, while Odense BK moved to the fourth place thanks to a superb 3-1 victory over Køge BK. OB's Danish international striker, Søren Berg, who has been out injured for the past three weeks, celebrated his comeback by scoring his team's second goal.
Match postponed
The last scheduled match of the 20th round, Viborg FF against Farum, had to be postponed due to a frozen pitch. Last week Farum's match against AGF was also cancelled, which means that Farum are now the only club that have not been in action in the spring campaign.
