FC Dinamo Tbilisi remained top of the championship play-off group in the Umaghlesi Liga with a 2-1 away success at FC Sioni Bolnisi.

Short-lived lead
Defender Georgi Iremashvili gave Sioni the lead after 37 minutes but two minutes later the score was levelled by Vladimer Burduli, and Vitali Daraselia's goal 13 minutes from full-time gave Dynamo the win.
 
First-half strikes
FC WIT Georgia Tbilisi were 3-0 winners at home to FC Kolkheti-1913 Poti. Georgi Adamia gave WIT a fourth-minute lead, before Oleg Gvelesiani doubled the advantage four minutes later and Levan Melkadze's third before half-time sealed the win. WIT's Vladimer Gochashvili and Kolkheti-1913's Davit Narsia were both shown the red card in four second-half minutes.

Single-goal success
In the other match in the championship pool, FC Lokomotivi Tbilisi defeated reigning champions FC Torpedo Kutaisi 1-0 thanks to a 27th-minute Sergo Orbeladze goal. 
 
Narrow lead
In the relegation group, FC Dila Gori preserved their two-point lead at the top as a 79th-minute Saba Sultanishvili goal earned a 1-0 away win at FC Milani. Second-placed FC Dinamo Batumi were 2-0 winners at home to FC Metalurgi Zestaponi thanks to goals in either half from Nikoloz Gusharashvili and Irakli Shengelia.

Lazika promoted
FC Merani-91 Tbilisi also secured an away win, with Suliko Davitashvili's goal four minutes past the hour giving them a 1-0 win at FC Gorda 2000 Rustavi. Meanwhile, FC Lazika Zugdidi will play in the top flight next season, as a 0-0 draw with FC Lokomotivi-2 Tbilisi secured their promotion.
