Reigning champions FC BATE Borisov were held 0-0 for the second match running, playing out a goalless draw with Belarussian Cup holders FC Gomel. Both goalkeepers had an inspired game, with Gomel now in fourth.

FC Lokomotiv Minsk visited FC Slavia Mozyr and won 2-0 with second-half goals from Nikolai Kashevski and Dmitri Denisyuk, while FC Dinamo Minsk and FC Neman Grodno drew 0-0 in a match switched to Minsk from Grodno. Neman are engaged in pitch redevelopments and will host the return.
