Barry Town AFC claimed their seventh league title in eighth years with a 5-1 victory against Aberystwyth Town FC on the final day of the League of Wales season.
Emphatic win
Barry began the match knowing that only a heavy defeat and a massive victory for second-placed TNS Llansantffraid FC could deny them the title, but two goals from Jamie Moralee and one each from Jon French, Ade Akinfenwa, and Tom Ramasut sealed a comprehensive victory.
Double chance
Barry, who will play in the qualification rounds for the UEFA Champions League next season, can complete a league and cup double when they take on Cwmbran Town FC in the Welsh Cup final on 11 May.
Llansantffraid win
Meanwhile, Llansantffraid secured a 4-2 victory against Bangor City FC, who finished the season in third place.
Welshpool relegated
At the other end of the table, Welshpool Town AFC were 2-0 winners at Newtown AFC, but were still relegated after Oswestry Town FC earned a crucial point in a 1-1 draw away to Caernarfon Town FC. Welshpool joined Llanelli FC in the lower divisions, who were defeated 2-1 at home by Carmarthen Town AFC, whose victory was secured by goals in the final 15 minutes from Dale Price and Sion Meredith.
Two for Moran
Elsewhere, Alan Williams scored the only goal of the game as Caersws FC won 1-0 at Flexys Cefn Druids AFC, while Andy Moran scored twice as Rhyl FC were 3-0 winners at Port Talbot Town FC.
Late winner
Gary McCosh scored a last-minute winner as Connah's Quay Nomads FC defeated Afan Lido FC 2-1, while Haverfordwest County AFC were 4-0 winners at home to Cwmbran.
