Wisla Kraków stayed top of the Ekstraklasa on Saturday thanks to a comfortable 4-0 defeat of KS Górnik Zabrze.
Kosowski stars
Miroslaw Szymkowiak opened the scoring after just three minutes with a stunning free-kick but winger Kamil Kosowski once again stole the show, doubling the lead on the half-hour mark.
Clinical finish
Maciej Zurawski ended any hopes Górnik may have had of mounting a second-half comeback soon after the break with his 20th goal of the season and Kosowski capped a successful afternoon by finishing a fine individual run with a clinical finish for the fourth.
Legia lose again
Defending champions Legia Warszawa, meanwhile, lost for the third time in six matches, going down 2-1 to Odra Wodzislaw. Legia took the lead when Lukasz Surma found the net from inside the box, but Odra turned the match on its head in the last five minutes of the first half.
Grzyb equaliser
Wojciech Grzyb scored the equalizer in the 40th minute before Michal Chalbinski secured the winner on the stroke of half time, tucking away a pass from Jacek Ziarkowski.
Narrow margin
KS Groclin-Dyskob. Grodzisk Wielkop lie in third position, one point behind second-placed Odra, after a narrow win against fourth-placed GKS Katowice. Mariusz Pawlak scored the only goal of the game in the second half to give Groclin their fifth win in the past six matches.
