Members

Brøndby IF moved top on goal difference as FC København were held 1-1 by Akademisk Boldklub.

Brøndby IF moved top of the Superligaen as FC København were held to a draw against Akademisk Boldklub.

Narrow advantage
FCK had been top of the table since September, but could only draw 1-1 against AB, giving champions Brøndby, 2-1 away winners at Esbjerg fB, the chance to move top of the table on goal difference

Golden chance
FCK fell behind after 38 minutes as Mohammed Zidan capitalised on some uncertain defending to score, and the away side had a great chance to double their lead midway through the first half, but Jesper Sørensen's penalty was saved by Brøndby goalkeeper Balász Rabóczki.

Late equaliser
FCK continued to press forward, and equalised three minutes from time, as Todi Jónsson scored from close range. On Saturday, goals from Kaspar Dalgas and Mads Jørgensen had given Brøndby the victory, with EfB's response a Jan Kristiansen strike.

Farum stay third
Farum remained in third place after a 2-1 win at home to Køge BK, while goals from Thomas Rathe and Jesper Mikkelsen gave  FC Midtjylland a 2-1 victory at home to local rivals Silkeborg IF, whose solitary response was a Muhammed Akinci goal six minutes from time.

Important wins
Elsewhere, relegation-threatened AGF Århus comfortably defeated Odense BK 4-1, with Leon Andreasen, Brian Steen Nielsen, Peter Graulund and Henrik Risom all on target, while fellow strugglers Viborg FF also earned three important points with a 3-2 away win at Aalborg BK, with Morten Hamm scoring the winning goal two minutes from time.
