Petter Belsvik became the all-time leading scorer in the Tippeligaen when he struck his 159th league goal in Lillestrøm SK's 3-2 defeat of Tromsø IL on Monday.

The striker had retired last season, at which point he held the record jointly with Odd Iversen, father of current Norwegian international Steffen. However, with illness forcing German forward Uwe Rösler to withdraw from the squad, Belsvik was persuaded to resume his playing career and set a new milestone with a 46th-minute penalty.
'A wonderful feeling'
"It was a wonderful feeling to see the ball go in the net," he said. "I have known that feeling many times before. I had been told to take the penalties, so I have had special training for this during the last days."
Late winner
After Belsvik had opened the scoring, the away side drew level through Morten Gamst Pedersen. Peter Werni gave Lillestrøm the lead for a second time but although Peter Kovács equalised again with a well-placed free-kick, Johan Winsnes scored what proved to be the winning goal four minutes from time.
Winning start
Rosenborg BK maintained their winning start to the season as a 2-0 win at Viking FK earned a fifth successive success to preserve a two-point lead at the top of the table. Rosenborg were in control throughout the first half, and two goals in four minutes from Christer George and Harald Brattbakk sealed another win. Second-placed Sogndal IL stayed in touch with a 2-0 win at home against SK Brann, with veteran striker Håvard Flo scoring in either half.
Odd third
Odds BK moved into third place with a 3-1 win against Vålerenga Fotball, taking the lead with a header from Espen Hoff. Although Sebastian Henriksson equalised for Vålerenga by putting through his own net, the Swedish international striker then restored his side's advantage by scoring at the right end, before Edwin van Ankeren added a third.
First win
Elsewhere, FK Bodø/Glimt defeated Bryne FK 3-1 and SFK Lyn earned their first league win of the season, defeating newly promoted Aalesund FK 2-1. The match between Molde FK and Stabæk IF ended goalless.
