FC Flora continued their unbeaten run in the Meistriliiga with a 4-1 win against FC Levadia Tallinn.
Winners and losers
With the top four teams in the league defeating the bottom four in Estonia in round seven, the league is already breaking up into title challengers and strugglers, and there was no clearer evidence of this than Flora's 4-1 win over their opponents in this week's Estonian Cup semi-finals.
Two for Lindpere
Joel Lindpere opened the scoring after 15 minutes before Vjatšeslav Zahovaiko and Meelis Rooba extended Flora's lead to 3-0 with goals either side of half-time. Pavel Apalinski then scored Levadia's consolation before Lindpere hit his second of the night to complete the scoring.
Late goals
Second-placed FC Levadia Maardu came close to slipping up against fifth-placed JK Tulevik Viljandi but two goals in the last eight minutes from Vladimir Tšelnokov and Vitali Leitan eased Franco Pancheri's side to a 2-0 away victory.
Krõlov on target
Amateurs FC Kuressaare managed to hold one of the other leading sides, FC TVMK Tallinn, at bay until the 53rd minute of their game but a goal from last season's top scorer Andrei Krõlov opened the floodgates for TVMK. Jevgeni Kurjanov and Deniss Malov added further goals to seal the home side's 3-0 victory.
Karin double
On Sunday, newly-promoted FC Valga lost their seventh game of the season against JK Trans Narva. Valga held their own until the 50th minute, but once Konstantin Karin scored Trans' opener, their resistance crumbled. Karin added a second 15 minutes later, and late goals from Maksim Gruznov and Anton Sereda completed a 4-0 rout.
