Bishovets moves from Marítimo

Members

Anatoly Bishovets is to leave CS Marítimo less than three months after joining the Portuguese club.

Amicable split
The Ukrainian joined the Madeira-based outfit in March as a replacement for Nelo Vingada and steered them to seventh place in the Super Liga, a point behind FC Paços de Ferreira. The reasons for Byshovets' departure are unknown, although the split is an amicable one.

Recent meeting
Marítimo chairman Carlos Pereira said: "I called him in for a meeting where we analysed a few matters. He made some points and then we made a gentleman's agreement that he would leave." Byshovets, a former coach of Russia, has not commented on the decision.
