'A very good experience'
Risp joined Chievo for six months in January but the club have not taken up their option to sign him on a long-term deal, meaning he will head back to Göteborg on 1 July. "Although I didn't play any games, it was a very good experience and I'll work even harder to get another chance to prove my worth," the 22-year-old said.
Johansson welcomed back
Before leaving for Serie A, Risp had been Göteborg's best player of the 2002 season. The Allsvenskan club are also preparing to welcome back 32-year-old defender Magnus Johansson from Dutch side FC Groningen. Johansson left IFK for Groningen in 1998 but will return on a free transfer when his contract expires at the end of the month.
