Turkish Super League side MKE Ankaragücü have signed Egyptian Under-21 international Ramadan Ragap.

Free transfer
Ankaragücü vice-president Kemal Ünsal said the club were delighted to have finally secured Ragap's services on a free transfer. "We have been watching him for two-and-a-half seasons and we are pleased to add him to our squad."

International aim
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old former Zamalek SC and Al Hudud striker said that his international ambitions were the reason for his move to Turkey. "I believe I can win a first international cap by improving as a player and showcasing my talents here." Ragap is Ankaragücü's third summer recruit after the Paraguayan pair of Santiago Salceda and Oscar Sanabria.
