Season's ambitions
The 50-year-old Grozdanov, who led Spartak during the 2001/02 campaign, has signed a one-year contract. His first game in charge will be against PFC Slavia Sofia on 13 September. "I do not know the team very well," Grozdanov said. "After I meet the boys and have several training sessions with them, I will announce our aims for the season."
New role
Spartak are currently eleventh in the Premier League with four points from four games. Meanwhile, Mironov has taken over as coach of newly promoted PFC Belasitza Petrich, who sacked Mladen Katic two weeks ago.
