Davor Mladina has replaced Predrag Stilinovic as coach of Croatia's NK Marsonia.
Poor form
Mladina has returned to the top-flight club after being replaced by Stilinovic at the beginning of the season. Stilinovic, who could not save NK Pomorac from relegation last term, was dismissed by Marsonia after they won just one of their first six games of the season.
Final straw
The final straw came when they were beaten 5-0 at HNK Hajduk Split in their last league game, forcing club chairman Dragan Maric to take radical action. "We think that coach Predrag Stilinovic did not achieve what we expected and we decided to hire Davor Mladina," he said.
Top-flight test
Mladina had steered Marsonia to promotion last season but was never given a chance to coach the team in the top division. His side have won one game so far this season, drawing two and losing three.
