The former NK Kamen Ingrad, NK Zadar and NK Uskok coach takes over a club currently lying second from bottom of the Croatian top flight. Cibalia chairman Mario Mestrovic said of the new man: "He is someone who knows about this club, having previously been here as a player. We have heard good things about him as a coach and he was our first choice."
