Mitko Dzhorov has been promoted from the youth team to replace Kostadin Kostadinov as the coach of PFC Botev Plovdiv.

Poor start
The 35-year-old Dzhorov takes charge of a side at the bottom of the Bulgarian Premier League. Botev, who have won just two of their opening nine matches, next take on PFC Spartak Varna on Friday.

New role
Kostadinov, one of the club's greatest players in the 1980s, is the new technical director at Botev.
