Leicester City FC defender Ben Thatcher is facing a spell on the sidelines after being diagnosed with pneumonia. Thatcher missed last Saturday's match at Fulham FC and a further examination has revealed the extent of his illness. Leicester manager Micky Adams told the club's website he would likely be absent for at least a fortnight.
