Unhappy return Reis took charge in the summer after Gil Vicente failed to agree a new contract with previous coach Vítor Oliveira. However, it was not to be a happy return for Reis – who had led the club in the 1980s – as the team won only three matches during a poor start to the campaign to lie 13th in the table.
