Three-year deal
The 21-year-old will join Köln in January, having agreed a contract until summer 2007. A German Under-21 international, he has appeared 12 times for Bayern in the Bundesliga and six times in the UEFA Champions League.
Done and dusted
Köln manager Andreas Rettig said: "We are grateful to Bayern for helping us complete this transfer." Feulner's new club are bottom of the Bundesliga after only two wins in 13 matches.
