Leeds lose Radebe again

Members

Leeds United AFC defender Lucas Radebe has been ruled out for two months following a hamstring tear.

Leeds United AFC defender Lucas Radebe is likely to miss the next two months of his side's struggle against relegation with a hamstring tear.

Fresh blow
The South African stopper was taken off during his club's 1-1 English Premiership draw with Manchester City FC on Monday night, having only recently returned from two months out with a knee problem. His side currently lie second-bottom of the Premiership.

'Big influence'
Head coach Kevin Blackwell said: "To lose Lucas is a massive blow because he is such a big influence in the side. We have not had him for most of the season through injury, but then when we get him back it is no coincidence that we start doing well. He has torn his hamstring completely. He heard it snap straight away."
